Upgrading to Sisense V7.0

In Sisense V7.0, you can now manage your ElastiCubes and dashboards anytime, anywhere from a centralized location inside the Sisense Web Application.

For an overview of Sisense V7’s features and functionality, see Getting Started with V7.

During the initial phases of the migration to a fully-online ElastiCube Manager, not all of the functionality included in the desktop version of the ElastiCube Manager will be available. All features will be available on the web early Q1 2018.

In the meantime, to overcome any gaps in your workflows, Sisense V7.0 supports two versions of the ElastiCube Manager, the desktop version of the ElastiCube Manager and the web-based version of the ElastiCube Manager.

This page describes the implications of working with two versions of the ElastiCube Manager and how both versions of the ElastiCube Manager can work together to support backwards compatible features.
