Generating Support Log Files

If you contact Sisense Support, you might be asked to generate and send a support file. This file contains information about Sisense that will help Sisense Support understand your environment and solve issues.

To generate the support file:

• In the System Management tab of the Admin page, click Generate Support File.

  

  A new tar.gz file is downloaded to your system with the following name format:
  support-yyyy-mm-dd-hh:mm.tar.gz
